Starting Pay: Guaranteed Base Rate:   $25 - $30 Hourly

Incentive Earnings: Earn 35% of your service labor sales. When your incentive exceeds your base guarantee, you'll receive the higher incentive pay.

Are you a skilled technician with a passion for commercial trucks and tire services? We invite you to become a part of our dynamic and dedicated team where your skills and career can flourish. In this role as a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will be the go-to expert for on-road services at our Commercial Truck & Tire Centers. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring customer satisfaction through your technical expertise and attentive service.

About the Role: What will you do?

+ **Technical Expertise:** Conduct preventative and light maintenance on commercial vehicles, focusing on various areas such as wheel end work, brakes, air systems, and more.

+ **Tire Service:** Provide specialized tire services, including mounting, dismounting, and repairs.

+ **Safety:** Uphold safety and liability policies, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment

+ **Work Together:** Collaborate as part of a motivated team to meet organizational goals and deadlines.

+ **Physical:** Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including commercial tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.

Basic Requirements:

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 21 years of age.

+ Must have one year of previous commercial truck mechanical service experience.

+ Must have a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required for the position and be able to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
