    Location - Presbyterian Medical Center - Charlotte, NC

     

    The House Supervisor acts as the on-site administrative lead for patients, staff, physicians, and visitors. They oversee daily hospital operations during shifts, ensuring smooth patient care, staff coordination, and resource management, while serving as a liaison between clinical teams, administration, and support services to maintain quality and safety.

    Qualifications

    + Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN/BA/BS. Graduate degree, preferred.

    + Experience:

    + Minimum of five (5) years previous nursing experience, required.

    + Previous management experience, preferred.

    + Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.

    + Additional Skills (required): Has knowledge, skills, and ability necessary to modify care and interpret information to identify each patient’s requirements for care according to patient’s age, health and developmental status. Has demonstrated sound and effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, good interpersonal skills, and good intra and interdepartmental relationships.

    + Additional Skills (preferred): Clemmons Medical Center and Kernersville Medical Center require critical care or ED experience.
