Novant Health is seeking a skilled and motivated Intermediate Dimensions Application Analyst to join our Information Technology Services team. This role is essential in supporting the secure and efficient management of information systems throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of system design, user requirements, and information security principles.

Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM Monday - Friday (On call support required, as needed).

Department: NHE Community Connect

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage and support Dimensions application systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and IT architecture.

+ Understand and enforce security best practices, including least privilege and least functionality.

+ Identify and respond to potential information security incidents in accordance with established protocols.

+ Collaborate with system users to gather and analyze requirements, defining system scope and objectives.

+ Design and document system workflows, models, and procedures to support feasibility studies and solution development.

+ Write detailed system and configuration specifications to ensure solutions meet user needs.

+ Maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support system operation, maintenance, and future development.

Qualifications

+ Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.

+ Experience: Minimum of two years experience, required.

+ Licensure/Certification:

+ Obtain application systems certification, required.

+ EpicCare Ambulatory certification strongly preferred.

+ Pass all certification with passing grade within three tries for each test or project, required.

+ Additional Skills (required): Knowledgeable of workflows and business function. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.
