What You'll Be Doing

+ Lead and coordinate concrete recycling operations on-site

+ Ensure safe and efficient use of heavy equipment and tools

+ Monitor material handling and recycling processes for quality and compliance

+ Train and guide crew members to meet operational goals

+ Communicate with supervisors and project teams to ensure timely progress

What Are We Looking For

+ Demonstrated ability to lead teams in field operations

+ Strong understanding of demolition and recycling procedures

+ Skilled in operating and maintaining heavy machinery

+ Commitment to safety and environmental standards

+ Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Conditions of Employment

+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
