Job Description:
+ About the role We are seeking a seasoned Compensation Program Manager to support the execution of compensation programs.
Key responsibilities:
+ Support compensation programs, such as cycles, Market Pricing, Pay Equity, M&A, etc.
+ Support compensation team in offer reviews, ad hoc projects, testing complex models.
+ Support compensation analysts with day-to-day activities, such as offer analyses, compensation reviews, and auditing of dashboards.
Required Experience:
+ 5+ years of compensation or total rewards experience, preferably with strong exposure to individual contributor-focused programs.
+ Proven experience designing salary structures, leveling frameworks, and managing salary planning cycles.
+ Advanced Excel skills and comfort building financial/compensation models; experience with compensation platforms and HRIS is preferred.
+ Experience conducting pay equity analyses and familiarity with relevant pay equity laws/regulations.
+ Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
+ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence leaders and explain complex topics clearly.
Top Must Have Skills:
+ Analytical Skills (ability to understand complex data)
+ Technical skills – Compensation analysis and programs (understand salary ranges, market competitiveness, equity)
+ Problem solving – help solve complex compensation problems, modeling, etc.
