Your role and responsibilities

The position will provide management & functional leadership focused on Design, Configuration and Testing of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for modules: Payroll and Time.

Required technical and professional expertise

As a Subject Matter Expert in payroll and time requirements, the Oracle Cloud Functional Lead should have extensive experience Design, Configuration and Testing of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions that meets the customer’s objectives.

This includes:

* Collaborate with team(Onsite and Offshore) and clients to understand the project implementation needs, processes, and challenges.

* Configure Oracle HCM Cloud system for Payroll and connected time requirements to meet client specifications and business processes.

* Develop test plans, test scripts, execute testing, and document results to ensure the system functions as expected.

* Identify defects and work with relevant teams to resolve issues before releasing it for lead/client validation.

* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to requirements, configurations, processes, and user guides.

* Provide ongoing support

* Recommend improvements based on user feedback and best practices.

* Assist in data migration activities

* Support decision-making.

* Identify opportunities to streamline processes.

* Keep up to date with the latest HCM functionality.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to travel for client meetings depending on the organization requirements and needs

* Ensure timely delivery of tasks allocated within the deadlines with quality
