Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $14.25 - $14.25 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a Hot Stamper:

+ Set up and operate hot stamping presses according to job specifications

+ Load and align raw materials such as paper bags or bakery boxes into the press

+ Monitor and adjust the stamping process to ensure correct alignment, pressure, and timing

+ Perform visual inspections on finished products to ensure quality and identify any defects

+ Accurately document production output and report equipment or quality issues to supervisors

+ Collaborate with quality assurance, maintenance, and fellow production team members to meet daily goals

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company safety standards

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

+ Previous experience operating stamping presses or similar industrial machinery preferred

+ Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control

+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

+ Reliable attendance and punctuality

+ High school diploma or GED preferred but not required

+ Drug Test Required
