    JOB OVERVIEW

    The Training Specialist will lead onboarding for sales positions within the assigned portfolio, execute onboarding programs for the Director of Sales, Move-in Coordinator, Marketing Events Coordinator, and Sales Specialists, and provide support with sales programs related to the Executive Director Onboarding as well as working alongside the Regional Director of Operations to provide sales onboarding support to the Executive Director. The Training Specialist will focus on basic selling skills, SPARK proficiency, presentation skills, and orientation to Sunrise systems. The Training Specialist will effectively execute on all aspects of training, work alongside the Regional Director of Sales to drive sales performance throughout the assigned portfolio and assist with sales coverage in the event of a sales position opening.

    The Training Specialist will effectively guide onboarding to meet the following strategic priorities:

    •Onboard new team members so they feel effective in their new roles within 45 days after start date

    •Execute on onboarding programs to provide a supportive experience for new team members through strong communication with the regional team

    •Drive deposits and sales to reach the established goals for the communities.

    •Preserve and strengthen the Sunrise culture to effectively retain new team members
