    Job Summary

    The Director, Talent Acquisition leads the design, execution, and oversight of the health system's talent acquisition strategies and operations. This role is responsible for developing innovative recruitment solutions to meet organizational hiring needs, managing the recruitment team, and delivering a high level of customer service and satisfaction. The Director ensures the alignment of talent acquisition initiatives with the organization's strategic goals, leveraging data-driven insights and market trends to optimize performance.

    Essential Functions

    + Develops and implements comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet workforce needs and hiring goals, including metrics such as vacancy rate, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire.

    + Leads and supervises the recruitment team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure operational excellence.

    + Establishes and maintains expertise in talent market trends, industry insights, and labor market dynamics to inform recruitment strategies.

    + Designs and directs targeted recruitment processes, including advertisement, sourcing, application screening, and candidate engagement strategies.

    + Collaborates with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce planning needs and ensure effective alignment of talent acquisition efforts.

    + Builds and maintains professional relationships with affiliations, educational institutions, search firms, and other recruiting resources.

    + Develops and manages enterprise-wide social media and sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified talent.

    + Analyzes recruitment data to identify trends, forecast needs, and implement process improvements.

    + Plans and executes recruitment initiatives such as career days, open houses, job fairs, and new graduate programs.

    + Partners with internal stakeholders to address critical workforce challenges and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

    + Performs other duties as assigned.

    + Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

    + Complies with all policies and standards.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in HR, I/O Psychology, Business Administration or related field required

    + Master's Degree Master's degree in HR, I/O Psychology, Business Administration or related field preferred

    + 7-9 years In talent acquisition or recruitment, including leadership roles required

    + Proven success in implementing innovative recruitment strategies and managing large-scale hiring operations required

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    + Deep knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and platforms, including social media and applicant tracking systems.

    + Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

    + Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

    + Analytical mindset with expertise in leveraging data to drive decision-making and improve recruitment outcomes.

    + In-depth understanding of labor market trends, diversity recruitment, and employer branding.

    Licenses and Certifications

    + PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
