Job Description:

The Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) serves as a clinical resource and role model for professional practice on primarily the off shift and weekends. The CRN supports and assists with clinical, administrative and emergency needs throughout the Emergency Department. The CRN possesses excellent skills in clinical decision making and practice, communication, and interpersonal interactions. The CRN supports the professional growth and knowledge of the novice nurse through excellence in teaching, coaching and mentoring. The CRN coordinates operational issues to maintain patient safety and efficiency of care. The CRN serves as a liaison to providers, manager staff, unit staff, providers and external customers.

Schedule = Day/ Night coverage with some weekends.

PAY RANGE: $96,102.52 - $124,787.11

Job Requirements:

3-5 years recent RN expertise in an Emergency Department.

BS in Nursing preferred.

Licensed by New York State to practice as a Registered Nurse.

Current CPR certification (American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare providers preferred).
