Position: Finance Generalist
Reports to Finance Manager
Summary: Detail-oriented and highly organized Finance Generalist to support the Finance Manager in a wide range of financial operations. This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices, managing billing and receivables, reconciling payments, and maintaining financial tracking spreadsheets. The Finance Generalist will also assist with audits, cost transfers, and resolving payment discrepancies. Proficiency with Oracle BI is preferred. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Process vendor invoices through the Accounts Payable system
+ Record vacation payouts, expense reports and benefit data in tracking spreadsheets
+ Manage supplemental billing processes and reconciliation
+ Submit monthly invoicing and monitor approval status
+ Process credit card payments and billing adjustments
+ Track receivables and maintain aging reports
+ Reconcile payments and resolve client payment discrepancies
+ Place and manage supply orders
+ Research and respond to late payment inquiries
+ Assist with annual tax burden updates and audit requests
+ 3 or more years of progressively responsible finance experience to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

+ Strong computer skills required with the use of various accounting databases and other financial tools. Must be a super user of the Microsoft family of products (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).

Minimum Hiring Standards
+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
+ Must have a reliable means of communication, such as cell phone.
+ Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
+ Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
+ Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
+ Must have a high school diploma, secondary education equivalent, or GED.
+ Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
