    Summary:

    Meta is seeking a full-time Executive Protection Agent to join our dynamic Global Executive Protection Team. This broad role demands a high level of operational, strategic, and interpersonal skills. Executive Protection Agents collaborate with employees and support staff across multiple teams, both within and outside Meta. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of protection principles, enabling independent thinking, rapid problem-solving, and the ability to provide constructive recommendations for program improvements.

    Required Skills:

    Agent, Executive Protection Responsibilities:

    1. Maintain a high level of physical fitness to effectively support the Principal during all activities

    2. Strictly comply with all privacy and confidentiality policies and guidelines

    3. Actively collaborate with peers and leadership by offering expertise, support, and mentorship

    4. Promote a respectful, and trustworthy work environment grounded in integrity

    5. Serve as a liaison with Principals and key stakeholders as necessary

    6. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance programs and execute them efficiently

    7. Ability to work autonomously, providing clear and decisive leadership and direction

    8. Demonstrate flexibility to travel domestically and internationally, often on short notice

    9. Accommodate work schedules that include overnights, weekends, and holidays to meet role demands

    Minimum Qualifications:

    10. 7+ years of progressive executive protection experience, including service in law enforcement and/or military environments, as well as experience with international travel for Corporate Executives, High Ranking Government Officials, VIPs, and/or UHNW individuals

    11. Proven expertise in protection strategies, tactics, and technology

    12. Skilled in creating and delivering presentations to both small and large audiences

    13. Experience coordinating and organizing international travel for individuals

    14. Demonstrated ability to solve logistical challenges and lead a team of agents effectively

    15. Comprehensive analytical skills to assess information, understand context, and determine appropriate courses of action

    16. Comprehensive communication and interpersonal skills, with the experience to engage effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders

    17. Project management experience encompassing organization, communication, documentation, and cross-group collaboration

    18. Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the experience to think critically and perform proficiently under high-pressure situations

    19. Extensive experience with domestic and international travel

    20. Proven experience working with high-profile individuals or in high-risk environments

    21. Background in working within a corporate environment

    22. Possession of relevant Executive Protection credentials and certifications

    23. Experience conducting threat assessments and developing comprehensive risk management plans

    24. Knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to Executive Protection and security services

    Public Compensation:

    $133,000/year to $186,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
