Expected salary range of $129,600 to $144,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Primary Purpose of Position
This position leads organizational change management strategies for digital transformation initiatives across the nuclear fleet, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards. It facilitates collaboration between Nuclear and Information Technology (IT) departments, conducts impact assessments, and drives stakeholder engagement through targeted communication, training, and coaching. By serving as a trusted liaison and advisor, the role promotes adoption, readiness, and sustained success of digital solutions throughout the organization. Works closely with IT change management specialist with focus on providing business facing experience. Travel is required as necessary to meet business needs.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
+ Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.
+ Lead the development and execution of organizational change management (OCM) strategies tailored to digital projects to be implemented within the nuclear fleet while ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
+ Collaborate closely with Nuclear and IT departments to facilitate smooth transitions during new technology implementations.
+ Design and deliver targeted communication plans that effectively convey the benefits, necessity and process of digital transformation to all stakeholders.
+ Support rollout teams in embedding digital solutions through training, engagement and codification of methodology.
+ Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
+ Serve as a liaison between technical teams and the rest of the nuclear organization, fostering understanding and support for digital transformation. Maintain high credibility and deep network within the nuclear fleet to ensure adoption and alignment.
+ Provide coaching and support to digital project teams, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to drive change. Key point of contact for Process Leads for respective process area OCM activities.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with 8 years of related experience OR
+ Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 8 years of related experience OR
+ Associate degree with 10 years of related experience OR
+ High School diploma/GED and 12 years of related experience
+ Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
Preferred Qualifications
+ Organizational Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci, AMCP)
+ Experience with Agile methodologies
+ Experience with digital transformation projects
+ Nuclear work management experience
+ Demonstrated expertise in applying organizational change management (OCM) principles and practices
