Expected salary range of $138,600 to $154,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Scope Creator - Generates weekly scope for the online period between outages
Work Package Creator – Generates draft work packages
Smart Scheduler – Creates granular daily schedule
Orchestrator - Cohesively bring together the various automated processes and acts as one-stop-shop for status of entire WM process
Primary Purpose of Position
This position supports the development and delivery of digital products within the nuclear fleet by shaping product vision, managing feature prioritization, and coordinating day-to-day execution. It ensures alignment with operational goals and regulatory standards through active engagement with users, subject matter experts, and leadership. The role also oversees the digital product lifecycle and promotes adoption of innovative solutions that enhance fleet performance and compliance. Travel is required as necessary to meet business needs. This position works closely with the digital product team in a leadership capacity.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
+ Partner with the Nuclear Digital Transformation team to shape the overall product vision by managing backlog items, determining and prioritizing features based on stakeholder preferences, and communicating with technical teams and users to identify needs and priorities.
+ Support the definition and evolution of the digital product lifecycle, ensuring it aligns with nuclear operational objectives and complies with regulatory requirements.
+ Oversee day-to-day execution of product development activities, ensuring alignment with roadmap milestones.
+ Engage with nuclear users, subject matter experts (SMEs), and leadership to gather requirements, promote adoption, and refine features.
+ Ensure digital products adhere to nuclear regulatory standards and data classification policies.
+ Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree and 8-years of related experience OR
+ Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 8 years of related experience OR
+ Associate degree with 10 years of related experience OR
+ High School diploma/GED and 12 years of related experience
+ Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
+ Nuclear power plant experience in 2 or more functional areas, including work management, maintenance, operations and engineering
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with nuclear work management, digital tools, and agile product development
+ Experience with utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve processes
