    Our Revenue, Loyalty, and Data Analytics Team is hiring! The mission of the revenue management product team is to seamlessly integrate financial and operational life cycles of commercial products--ensuring accuracy, transparency and efficiency. This group works to deliver timely and reliable data supporting the customer travel journey. Do you want to join this team and leverage your technical product expertise?     Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    + Leading the technical scrum team and implementing hands-on the front ends associated with the technical designs for product/project teams

    + Leading technical efforts in the scrum team, including in the creation of quality in our delivery

    + Ensuring the team develops with quality measuring via clean pipelines, and 90%+ coverage

    + Mentoring and elevating your teammates to be stronger engineers by staying ahead with technology evolution and educating the team

    + Transforming business requirements into application architectures

    + Determining feasibility & scalability of front end solutions, interacting with business and product owners in order to define technical solutions for customer problems

    + Production issue triage, management, and prevention as needed

    + Technical definition and implementation for analytics, error logging/tracking, and other key functional customer interactions on delta.com

    + UI Design reviews for feasibility, tech design, and impact analysis

    + Develop sustainable, accessibility compliant solutions

    + Long term technical debt resolutions, debt prevention & code reviews

    + Analysis and implementation of Performance/Stability/Reliability/Architecture initiatives

    + Research & Development of POCs & innovative new ideas for customer interactions with Delta

    + Assisting in defining alternate solutions for the business problems and providing estimates for potential new workstreams

    + Creating a learning culture by establishing, sharing, and enforcing best practices and lessons learned

    What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

    + 7+ years of product managementor Business Analysis experience

    + Bachelor’s degree in arelated field

    + Prior experienceworking with Airline ticketing and/or GDS is a plus with an understanding ofarchitectural flows and how technologies operate/integrate.

    + Hands on experience asa Business Analyst and writing Business Requirements.

    + Demonstrated skills inprocess mapping, analytical, technical, and proven problem-solving skills

    + Ability to createdetailed, well-written documentation for a variety of audiences

    + Candidate must have theability to deliver quality work on time and translate planning into action aswell as anticipate and address barriers

    + Strong communication,relationship management and influencing skills needed to work in partnershipwith internal teams

    + Research, analyze, andresolve ad-hoc customer problems and questions in a positive, timely andprofessional manner

    + 1st tier productiontriage/maintenance for Severity 3-5 defects.

    + Effectively communicatestatus on activities and issues to customers and manager on a regular basisboth verbally and in writing

    + Maintain documentationof test results, processes, known issues, etc. to facilitate knowledge sharingacross the team

    + High level ofmotivation, drive and confidence to step outside comfort zones when placed innew environment.

    + Ability to multi-task,and be detail oriented

    + Ability to quicklyadapt to new tools and evolving technologies.

    + Embrace diverse people,thinking and working styles

    + Consistently makessafety, security of self and others, the priority

    + Must be performingsatisfactorily in present position

    + Excellent written, oraland communication skills

    + DevOps experienceincluding the use of Enterprise Agile planning solutions, Agility, AI orsimilar

    + Experience working withdiverse teams located in various countries

    + Experience working inlegacy airline systems, like TPF an added plus

    + Must be ableto prioritize work on multiple project teams, with theoverall goal of satisfying all deployment needs andeffectively supporting diverse clients.

    + Knowledge of the Agile development methodologies and corresponding tools (ex. VersionOne)

    What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

    + Project Management experience and previous airline business experience is preferred
