We're Hiring: Front (IHG Experience Required)
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time (Evenings, Weekends & Holidays as needed)

Responsibilities:
+ Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in and check-out
+ Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest requests efficiently using IHG systems
+ Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth front desk operations
+ Resolve guest concerns promptly and provide outstanding service
+ Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
+ Assist with Park, Sleep & Fly packages offered at the hotel
+ Perform other duties as assigned to support daily hotel operation
Requirements:
+ At least 2 year of experience working at an IHG property as FOM (REQUIRED)
+ Strong customer service and communication skills
+ Familiarity with IHG systems (e.g., Opera)
+ Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
+ Able to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
+ Team Player
