Description
Trinity Solar is seeking a hands-on and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll oversee the organization, accuracy, and flow of materials supporting residential solar installations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Experience with solar, electrical, or construction materials is a strong plus — but above all, we’re looking for a proactive leader who takes pride in operational excellence, safety, and supporting the company’s clean-energy mission.
What You’ll Do
+ Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, staging, and loading materials for residential solar installations.
+ Oversee the loading and unloading of company vehicles, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
+ Pick and organize solar materials for upcoming jobs, verifying that each order meets project requirements.
+ Maintain accurate bar code tracking and cycle counts to ensure proper inventory control and minimize material discrepancies.
+ Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and communicate with procurement and logistics teams to maintain adequate stock.
+ Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment consistent with company standards.
+ Drive materials to job sites as needed to support field operations (company vehicle provided).
+ Coach and support warehouse staff, promoting teamwork, accountability, and a strong safety culture.
What You Bring
+ 2–3 years of warehouse experience (solar, electrical, or construction materials preferred).
+ 1–2 years of supervisory or lead experience managing warehouse staff or operations.
+ Proven ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs regularly.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organization in a high-volume environment.
+ Basic data entry and computer skills; familiarity with inventory management systems a plus.
+ A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Report check required).
+ Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
