    •The Manager, Talent and Performance Management is part of the People Division. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of talent and performance management by leading a team of specialists and collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive impactful strategies. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide programs that support employee growth, leadership development, and organizational success—all within a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values innovation and continuous improvement.

    What you'll do

    + Lead a team of specialists responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide talent and performance management programs.

    + Provide strategic guidance and operational support for key talent processes including goal setting, succession planning, talent reviews, and performance management.

    + Partner with the Director of Global Talent and Performance Management to align programs with enterprise goals and talent strategies.

    + Collaborate with People Business Partners, Leadership Development, Global Engagement, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of talent initiatives.

    + Leverage data and analytics to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

    + Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to business leaders on talent and performance best practices.

    + Manage change and communication strategies to support successful adoption of talent programs across the organization.

     

    All you'll need for success

    Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

    + 5+ years of experience in project planning, performance management, talent analytics and succession planning, competency modeling, job analysis and skill profiling

    Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    + Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

    + 5 years’ experience in program and project management in large, complex global organizations Experience in designing and implementing world-class talent process workplans

    + Proven results in delivering high quality HR programs for all levels of the organization

    + Exposure and understanding of enterprise-wide talent planning activities

    + Deep or extensive SAP SuccessFactors experience

    Skills, Licenses & Certifications

    + Strong understanding of talent and performance management frameworks and best practices.

    + Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively while managing multiple projects in a challenging environment

    + Energetic, forward-thinking, creative, and able to challenge assumptions while providing a high-quality work product

    + Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity, able to embrace change

    + Collaborative and comfortable in client centric environment with a commitment to excellent service quality

    + Ability to translate strategy into actions; develop and execute workplans under constraints

    + Certification in talent management, performance management, or related areas (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI SPHR) is a plus.
