Responsibilities

The Project Manager will provide program operations expertise to NavMPS and TMPC contracted support tasking of V2X's Integrated Logistics Services (ILA) program for NAVAIR PMA-281. You will be

responsible for supporting the organization’s system administration, installations, training, and customer support services for USN/USMC fleet activities under the ILS contract. This role affords you the

opportunity to actively participate on integrated teams and lead multiple tasks, projects, or teams. The Project Manager may also have purview over Task Orders, Assessments, Studies, Pilots and Emerging

Requirements.

+ Plan, execute, and close projects that meet or exceed customer objectives

+ Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality

+ Develop the overall project plan and manage project operations

+ Develop Plans of Actions & Milestones (POA&M) with metrics that ensure sustainment and execution of ILS programs

+ Assist with tracking status of ILS projects.

+ Both as part of a team and independently analyze and break down software function, operation, and administration of the various system components, connections, and applications associated with the

+ Strike Planning and Executions Systems environment.

+ Manage the project stakeholders, project team, project risk, project schedule, project budget, and project conflicts

+ Ensure team members know and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members

+ Ensure production schedules are met and system resources are used effectively

+ Coordinate resolution of production-related problems

+ Ensures proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services

+ Monitors products and services throughout the life cycle;

+ Validates/verifies adherence to specified requirements through test and measurement activities;

+ manages/leads quality assurance activities.

+ Works closely with assigned staff, senior specialists or task leads.

+ May direct the activities of specialists or other staff as necessary on activities related to the specified field or discipline.

+ Directly interact with various levels of US Government Program Office personnel, US Navy and US Marine Corps uniformed personnel, and other contractors to obtain required information.

Qualifications

+ Required Qualifications:

+ TS (T5) clearance with SCI eligibility

+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience within related field.

+ Additional skills include the following: briefing skills, project management, organizational skills, and communication skills.

+ 10 years of technical work experience directly supporting the US military (Uniform or CIV)· Required Qualifications:

+ Must have current TS (T-5 with SCI eligibility) clearance. CI Poly required after hire.

+ 10 or more years of combined technical and leadership experience in TMPC/TC2S,JMPS/TAMPS, and DCGS-N programs providing expertise, guidance, consultation, facilitation, and thought leadership to the client and/or project team based on specialized in- depth expertise in such fields as: engineering and technology; policy and administration; planning; analysis; facilities; communications; human capital business; and management.

+ 10 or more years supporting US military C4I programs, including direct interface with uniformed personnel.

+ Bachelor’s degree in any field; high school, vocational school, or trade school diploma and five (5) years’ work experience in a similar field may be substituted for degree requirement.

+ Travel is five (5%) percent or more as Client directed.

+ Preferred/Desirable Qualifications:

+ DoD 8570/8140 IAT 2 Linux Red Hat qualified

+ DoD 8570/8140 Windows Server qualified

+ Current Security + CE certification (or similar DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level 2 CS certification)

+ ·Cost estimating support (e.g., certified cost estimator credential) for project execution programs, including procurement efforts.

+ Programming, budget, and execution documentation creation experience for major construction efforts

+ Materials and Equipment Directly Used

+ Personal computer, printer, copy machine, and other general office equipment.
