    Make your mark in Digital

     

    Under the Digital team, the IntelliRisk Product Services Coordinator role focuses on support of external customers (clients, brokers) for the delivery and use of the IntelliRisk claim and risk management information system. As the digital technology platforms and services evolve, the IntelliRisk Product Services Coordinator actively communicates and promotes capabilities and value by direct engagement with customers in conjunction with AIG service delivery teams, including distribution, underwriting, and claims. Functional responsibilities for this role include:

     

    + Ongoing customer service and support for customers in assigned region and/or designated clients.

    + Analyze customer information needs and implement solutions utilizing existing and customized IntelliRisk products and services.

    + New user onboarding and training for insureds/brokers/agents as well as internal partners.

    + Support underwriting, claims and distribution groups in the promotion of IntelliRisk capabilities and utilization, including presentations to prospective customers.

    + Identify and recommend product enhancements to better meet AIG operational and customer needs.

    + Articulate and document business requirements for new or enhanced reporting or system functionality.

    + Contribute and assist with all aspects of application testing for product releases.

    + Manage data transfer processes to clients’ third-party vendor of choice and associated business, legal and security requirements.

     

    How you will make an impact

     

    In this role you will bring value to AIG customers and internal partners through the promotion and support of IntelliRisk claim and risk management information delivery primarily within the assigned United States Western Zone. Provide quality customer service ensuring business needs are met by utilizing existing products and services and actively contribute to ongoing product development efforts and design custom solutions as needed or required. You will also work with regional underwriting, claims and distribution teams to generate new business opportunities and identify data reporting solutions that leverage existing and custom solutions.

    AIG seeks candidates who have excelled in previous work experience, possess strong analytical, quantitative and interpersonal skills, and are enthusiastic about the insurance industry. We also look for a diverse background of experience, culture and thought. Successful candidates typically have a global perspective and a team-oriented track record.

    Required

    + College degree or equivalent experience.

    + 3+ years of experience in the field of commercial insurance preferred.

    + Analytical, problem solving, written and verbal communications skills are essential.

    + Self-motivated and a self-starter.

    + Strong interpersonal skills in a team environment.

     

    Location

     

    The IntelliRisk Product Services Coordinator position is based in Parsippany, New Jersey supporting customers and AIG colleagues in the United States Western Zone (Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming) as well as various multinational clients located outside the United States.

     

    For positions based in New Jersey, the base salary range is $86,000 - $106,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
