Job Summary and Responsibilities

Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Surgeon to join our practice in Lake Jackson, TX. This opportunity is ideal for early-career physicians as well as seasoned physicians looking for a new opportunity. Position highlights:

+ Established practice with a loyal patient base and collaborative, supportive clinical team.

+ Blend of elective and some emergent general surgery cases for a diverse and rewarding case load

+ Perform diagnostic endoscopy and screening/diagnostic colonoscopy

+ Perform common oncology procedures such as breast and colon resections.

+ Blend of elective and some emergent general surgery cases.

+ Epic EMR

Salary and Benefits:

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery

+ Active and unrestricted TX license or ability to obtain prior to employment

+ Comfortable working a community hospital setting

+ Strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Range

$193.17 - $295.19 /hour
