    Line Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    **1** **st** **shift:** M-Thu – 4:45am to 3:15pm

    **2** **nd** **shift:** M-Thu – 3:45pm-2:15am

    **Pay Rate:** $29.00-$30.00 per hour

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    + Perform preventative, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, safety checks, repairs, installations, and modifications on production equipment.

    + Record all maintenance repair activity on production equipment and fixtures using CMMS.

    + Knowledge of and skill in repairing industrial machines

    + Knowledge of and experience in troubleshooting and repairing all production equipment

    + Knowledge of and experience in using small tools, micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, multimeters, etc

    + Ability to understand and follow verbal and written procedures.

    + Ability to read and understand drawings and electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics.

    + Knowledge of personal computer operations and skill in using software packages including Microsoft Office.

    + Ability to respond to and answer/solve technical questions and problems.

    + Tear down, inspect and rebuild production equipment

    + Ability to diagnose PLC problems and take the appropriate corrective action to repair.

    + Requisition needed items for inventory, spare parts and emergency repairs.

    + Support 5S

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

    + High school diploma or equivalent required.

    + Two-year technical vocational training and/or military experience.

    + Minimum 2 year’s experience as a manufacturing maintenance technician

    + Knowledge of and skill in repairing industrial machines
