    Our client, a leading organization in the technology support sector, is seeking a Support Engineer II to join their team. As a Support Engineer II, you will be part of the Central IT team supporting Internal Corporate Workers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Support Engineer II

    **Location: Arlington, VA** | Fully onsite

    **Pay Range:** $33 per Hour on Experis W2

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide technical support to Internal Corporate employees worldwide through various channels including chat, phone, email, and ticketing systems.

    + Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems in a corporate environment.

    + Create detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions to ensure quality support and knowledge sharing.

    + Assist with remote troubleshooting, including teleconferencing systems and AV presentation equipment.

    + Support system and network outage triage and escalation to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + At least 2+ years of experience supporting Windows, Mac, and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.

    + Experience working in helpdesk or desk-side support environments.

    + High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

    + Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical staff.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
