Our client, a leading organization in the event management and corporate support industry, is seeking a Project Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Project Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the support staff supporting project coordination, event planning, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a detail-oriented approach which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
+ Assist with running programs, tracking attendance, and updating documentation on roles and processes.
+ Provide onsite support for large meetings and conferences, including setup and coordination.
+ Create PowerPoint presentations, meeting notes, and light reports to support project activities.
+ Organize and manage event reservations, room signage, and support services such as catering and AV.
+ Develop tools like templates and checklists to streamline project management processes and support stakeholders.
What's Needed?
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in project support, administration, or related roles.
+ Proficiency in Excel and experience with event reservation systems.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize requests independently.
+ Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with internal and external guests.
+ Credential requirements include certifications such as 100000, 100003, 100004, 100006, or 100038.
