+ Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating HR business needs into system functionality and ensuring alignment across all phases of delivery.

+ Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews) to prioritize requirements and ensure business value is delivered iteratively.

+ Engage in solution design discussions to validate that proposed configurations and integrations align with business requirements.

+ Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test scenarios, validating functionality, and ensuring that deliverables meet acceptance criteria.

+ Gain a deep understanding of HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, compensation, performance, learning, and benefits to anticipate technology impacts.

+ Collaborate with various HR teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and improved user experience.

+ Contribute to change management efforts, including process documentation, training support, and communication materials for system updates.

+ Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and configurations with version control.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

+ 2–3 years of experience in HR Technology, HR Services, HR Operations, or a Center of Excellence (COE) role.

+ Strong understanding of HR business processes and workflows across key functional areas.

+ Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and documentation.

+ Experience working within an Agile delivery model, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.

+ Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Experience or exposure to Workday or other leading HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD).

+ Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

+ Understanding of HR system integrations, data flows, and reporting requirements.

+ Hands-on experience participating in or supporting UAT or system testing cycles.

+ Familiarity with process design and continuous improvement methodologies.

+ Strong interest in HR technology, product management, and digital transformation.
