Our client, a leading organization in the retail and beauty industry, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its dynamic team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the Trade Marketing department, supporting the execution of strategic initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive sales across retail environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong data management skills, and a proactive approach to project execution, aligning seamlessly with the company's goals for excellence and innovation.
**Job Title:** Marketing Coordinator
**Location:** El Segundo, CA
**Pay Rate:** $36/hr.
**Shift:** Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm (WFH - Need to be in office 2 Fridays a month.
What's the Job?
+ Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of trade marketing initiatives.
+ Create and organize detailed schematics for planograms and retail displays, focusing on luxury brands such as IT Cosmetics, Urban Decay, and Youth to the People.
+ Oversee visual merchandising and POS activations, including staging, product selection, and fixture management to create impactful in-store experiences.
+ Coordinate the ordering, delivery, and installation of store fixtures and display materials, ensuring seamless execution of visual campaigns.
+ Track and analyze the performance of merchandising and activation efforts, providing data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing, visual merchandising, or related roles, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
