    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-quality polyurethane products, is seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Urethane Operator to join their dynamic team. As a 2nd Shift Urethane Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department, supporting the manufacturing process and ensuring the delivery of superior products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** 2nd Shift Urethane Operator

    **Location:** Luck, WI

    **Pay Range:** $19.75

    **Shift:** Monday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM with a 3-day weekend

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Set up and operate urethane processing equipment, including mixing and dispensing systems, as well as compression, injection, and casting molding presses.

    + Operate curing ovens to ensure proper thermal processing and part integrity.

    + Monitor key machine parameters—such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates—to maintain optimal performance and product quality.

    + Adjust machinery settings to meet precise production specifications and ensure consistency.

    + Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Strong ability to accurately interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

    + Skilled in using precision measuring tools to ensure product quality.

    + Capable of safely operating machinery and handling chemicals in accordance with safety standards.

    + Dependable with a solid work ethic, committed to maintaining consistent production output.

    + Dedicated to following safety protocols and contributing to a clean, organized work environment.
