Our client, _a global leader in manufacturing of home, health, and hygiene sector_ , is seeking a dedicated **Talent Manager** to join their team in **Parsippany, NJ** (Nutley, NJ in 2026). As a Talent Manager, you will be an integral part of the Talent Advisory team supporting both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and adaptability, which will enable you to thrive within our innovative environment.

**Location:** Parsippany, New Jersey (Office relocating to Nutley, NJ in 2026)
**Pay Range:** $62/HR + Benefits
**Contract Duration:** 6-Month W2 Contract, potential to extend and/or hire on permanently
Job Function:
+ Drive an integrated Talent Management Cycle through localization of Performance and Talent management implementations, ensuring high-quality PDPs and related processes.
+ Support the daily needs of the Talent organization, including talent moves, sharing insights, and calibration activities.
+ Support capability building around talent and leadership assessment, developing future potential within the organization.
+ Act as a thought partner to advise on functional and market talent topics, bringing market trends and outside-in insights to the HR community.
+ Build presentations for strategic talent initiatives, including succession planning and talent development projects, on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Required Qualifications:
+ A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in talent management or HR Business Partner roles.
+ Proficiency in career development planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
+ Experience in employee engagement and performance management.
+ Strong skills in contract negotiation and relationship management, especially within creative or entertainment industries.
+ Advanced proficiency with HR technologies, applicant tracking systems, and data analytics tools, along with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
