As the Senior Vice President of Manpower Convenience, you will be the visionary architect behind the national branch network strategy, driving transformative growth across Manpower’s comprehensive workforce solutions portfolio. This role is a catalyst for innovation, operational excellence, and market differentiation—empowering teams to deliver exceptional value to clients and communities across the U.S.

You will lead with purpose, shaping the future of workforce solutions by aligning strategy with execution, inspiring high-performing teams, and championing a culture of continuous improvement and bold thinking.

Making an Impact

• Lead with Vision: Inspire and guide a team of regional leaders (Directors and VPs) across 4-5 regions, impacting over 300 professionals. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.

• Shape the Future: Design and execute a national Convenience strategy that aligns with Manpower’s broader vision. Collaborate with senior peers to evolve the sales and delivery model and introduce new, market-leading solutions.

• Drive Performance: Own and optimize a $400M–$550M P&L. Leverage data-driven insights and strategic levers to exceed growth and profitability targets.

• Operationalize Strategy: Translate enterprise goals into actionable plans. Set clear expectations, empower teams, and ensure flawless execution across all regions.

Sharing Expertise

• Industry Authority: Serve as a trusted voice on workforce trends and the future of work. Represent ManpowerGroup at key industry events and thought leadership forums.

• Innovate at Scale: Identify and implement transformative solutions that enhance client experience and operational efficiency. Pilot new models and scale best practices across the organization.

• Elevate the Brand: Collaborate across ManpowerGroup—Client Programs, Engineering, Enterprise Sales—to unlock synergies and deliver integrated, high-impact solutions.

Executive Influence

• Strategic Advisor: Contribute to the Manpower Senior Leadership Team, shaping the Convenience strategy as a core pillar of the brand’s national and global growth.

• Client Engagement: Lead high-stakes conversations with C-suite executives. Deliver compelling, insight-driven presentations that position Manpower as a trusted partner.

• Global Leadership: Champion innovation across borders. Share success stories and best practices with global peers to elevate Manpower’s position as an industry leader.
