    Our client, a leader in the Industrial sector, is seeking a **Wood Pallet Assembler to** join their team. As a **Wood Pallet Assembler** , you will be part of the Manufacturing department, supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to follow instructions, which will enable them to align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Wood Pallet Assembler

    **Location:** Prattville, AL

    **Pay Range:** $16/hr

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Set up and operate assigned machines in accordance with standard procedures.

    + Secure and maintain necessary materials and supplies for the operation.

    + Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with standards.

    + Feed materials into machines and monitor operations for efficiency and safety.

    + Maintain accurate production and quality records.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

    + Minimum of 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.

    + Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.

    + Demonstrated ability to operate hand tools and perform equipment lockout/tagout (LOTO).

    + Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings.
