Our client, a dynamic leader in the production industry, is seeking a Production Worker-General to join their team. As a Production Worker-General, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting various operational needs. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Worker-General

**Location:** Bolingbrook, IL

**Pay Range:** $21.00/hour

**Shift:** Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm for the first 2 weeks of training, then 8:00am to 4:30pm

What's the Job?

+ Pick and pack products efficiently and accurately.

+ Be flexible and willing to be cross-trained in other departments based on volume needs.

+ Handle products weighing up to 50lbs regularly.

+ Maintain a high level of productivity while on your feet for the majority of the day.

+ Adhere to safety protocols and company standards at all times.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 2 years of picking and packing experience preferred.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong physical stamina and capability to lift heavy items.

+ Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members.

+ Willingness to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities.
