+ Responsible for the design and development of advanced High Voltage battery packs for Hybrid and Electric vehicles.

+ Responsible for creating 3D CAD data for Battery components and enclosures.

+ Responsible for detail and layout drawings and engineering changes.

+ Provide material selection and manufacturing feasibility.

+ Conduct design reviews with engineering and manufacturing teams to generate engineering concepts and resolve technical issues.

+ Create Bill of Materials and updating open issues list.

+ Support Business Development activities by creating design concepts and prepare relevant quoting documents.

+ Coordinate with part suppliers and outsourcing parts for prototyping activities.

+ Utilizing structural analysis (Finite Element Analysis) and Thermal analysis (Computational Fluid Dynamics) to improve structural/thermal performance of the battery pack.

+ Designing fixtures for battery assembly and testing.

+ Work with Solidworks, Catia 3D, Solidworks Simulation tools, NX and Visio.
