**Job Title:** Laboratory Analyst

**Location:** Winton Hills, OH

**Job Type:** 40 hours a week - temp position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated **Laboratory Technician** to join our scientific team. In this role, you will support chemists and researchers by conducting physical and chemical tests on a variety of substances—solid, liquid, and gas—to drive product innovation, ensure quality control, and help maintain environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

+ Conduct chemical and physical lab tests to support R&D, product/process development, quality control, and regulatory compliance.

+ Receive, label, and analyze samples including blood, tissue, and potentially hazardous materials.

+ Design and execute lab tests according to standardized procedures.

+ Record observations and interpret test results using refined scientific methods.

+ Handle sensitive lab equipment to analyze substances and document findings.

+ Organize, store, and manage chemicals, fluids, and gases safely and efficiently.

+ Assist with equipment maintenance and inventory of lab supplies.

+ Follow all lab safety guidelines and help ensure a clean, compliant workspace.

Qualifications

+ Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline **OR** equivalent hands-on laboratory experience.

+ Strong understanding of lab techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.

+ Proficiency in handling laboratory equipment and software tools used for analysis.

+ Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
