Senior Electrical Engineer — Heavy Industry

Lead CapEx projects, keep a 1M+ sq ft 24/7 plant running, and drive reliability with union trades and plant leadership. Hands-on, visible, and high impact. Leading aerospace and defense mfg.

What you’ll do

+ Own projects from scope to install

+ Design, test, and optimize power systems (AutoCAD)

+ Troubleshoot motors, controls, and legacy systems

+ Lead I/O checkouts, FAT/SAT, and handoffs

+ Mentor junior engineers and technicians

+ Ensure code, safety, and compliance standards are met

+ Collaborate with cross-functional and hourly union teams

What you bring

+ BSEE or EET, or equivalent experience

+ 3-5+ years in heavy equipment or manufacturing plants (flexible)

+ U.S. citizen or Green Card holder for ITAR compliance
