    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in chemical and natural ingredients, is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their team. As a Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Reliability Engineer

    **Location:** Oklahoma

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide engineering support for the optimization and maintenance of mechanical, electrical systems, and instrumentation at the plant.

    + Develop and manage reliability studies and projects to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

    + Manage predictive and condition monitoring programs including vibration, infrared, ultrasound analysis, and Tribology programs.

    + Lead failure investigations and root cause analysis for equipment and instrument failures.

    + Support plant safety and environmental initiatives through technical guidance and project implementation.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.

    + 3+ years of Maintenance Reliability experience in a manufacturing or chemical plant environment.

    + Familiarity with piping systems, rotating equipment, pressure vessels, and instrumentation.

    + Strong project management skills and proficiency in root cause analysis methodologies.

    + Experience with SAP, Six Sigma, or Lean manufacturing is a plus.
