Our client, a leading organization in the technology and security sector, is seeking a dedicated QA Analyst III to join their team. As a QA Analyst III, you will be supporting the Developer Compliance Operations team, focusing on ensuring the integrity and quality of Data Protection Assessment reviews. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to risk management, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** QA Analyst III

**Location:** Bell Gardens, CA - Remote

**Term:** 1 year contract with possibility of extension

Pay Range: 50-60/hr W2 Only

What's the Job?

+ Independently validate the quality of Data Protection Assessment (DPA) reviews performed by vendor teams, ensuring accuracy and impartiality in all assessments.

+ Audit DPA vendor quality jobs, focusing on information security best practices and compliance with organizational standards.

+ Identify inconsistencies or gaps in current DPA review processes and recommend improvements to strengthen operational risk management.

+ Support the development and validation of datasets for automation initiatives, ensuring data reliability for machine learning and automation projects.

+ Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to update documentation and data queries ahead of audit cycles, supporting audit readiness efforts.

What's Needed?

+ Demonstrated advanced knowledge and expertise in information security, with experience in risk assessment, compliance, and audit processes.

+ Experience in independently validating or auditing security-related workflows, preferably in regulated or high-compliance environments.

+ Proficiency in identifying and mitigating operational and compliance risks related to data protection and privacy.

+ Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, or NIST.

+ Ability to critically assess the accuracy and reliability of quality metrics and human review decisions.

Must have at least two of the following certifications:

- (ISC) CISSP

- ISACA CISA or CISM

- GIAC GSNA or GWEB

- Certified ISO 27001 Auditor/Lead Auditor

- CompTIA Security+ or PenTest+
