Our client, an industry leader in aerospace and defense, is seeking an Aerospace Project Manager to join their team. As an Aerospace Project Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting engineering and manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Aerospace Project Manager

**Location:** Tempe, AZ

Pay Range: $55.00-$75.00 Hourly

What's the Job?

+ Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned mechanical product projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.

+ Coordinate scope, cost, schedule, and customer expectations effectively.

+ Collaborate closely with supply chain teams and site personnel to facilitate successful product delivery.

+ Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports to upper management.

+ Utilize Honeywell-specific project management tools, with training provided if needed.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

+ 2-4 years of project management experience, preferably in aerospace or defense sectors.

+ Experience with project management tools and systems supporting complex projects.

+ Strong organizational and communication skills.

+ Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for virtual collaboration and experience with FAR Part 15 contracting and TINA-compliant proposals is a plus.
