Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and customer service industry, is seeking a dedicated and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep Bilingual, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, working closely with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, aligning successfully within a dynamic and supportive environment.
**Job Title:** Customer Service Rep Bilingual
**Location:** Salt Lake City, UT
Pay Range: $18.00 an hour
**Shift:** Days, 5-day week, 8-hour morning shifts. Days of work will rotate as needed.
What's the Job?
+ Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to resolve inquiries and issues
+ Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction
+ Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems related to delivery routes and service requests
+ Monitor the progress of delivery routes and verify haul-away pods and stamps
+ Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders efficiently and accurately
What's Needed?
+ Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ At least 1 year of related experience, preferably within a call center environment
+ Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues satisfactorily
+ Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
+ Must be bilingual
