    Our client, a leading organization in the technology and innovation sector, is seeking a Compensation Program Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Compensation Program Manager, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources department supporting the compensation and rewards initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, technical expertise in compensation analysis, and excellent problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Compensation Program Manager

    **Location:** Austin, TX - Hybrid (3 days/week onsite, 2 days/week remote)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Support and execute various compensation programs including salary cycles, market pricing, pay equity, and mergers & acquisitions.

    + Assist the compensation team with offer reviews, ad hoc projects, and testing complex compensation models.

    + Collaborate with compensation analysts on daily activities such as offer analyses, compensation reviews, and dashboard audits.

    + Analyze complex data to develop actionable insights and recommendations for compensation strategies.

    + Maintain and improve salary structures, leveling frameworks, and manage salary planning cycles.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 5+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards, with a focus on individual contributor programs.

    + Proven experience designing salary structures, leveling frameworks, and managing compensation cycles.

    + Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience building financial and compensation models; familiarity with HRIS and compensation platforms preferred.

    + Experience conducting pay equity analyses and understanding relevant laws and regulations.

    + Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
