    This is an onsite position at our Burnsville facility at $25.00/hour.

    We have one onsite shifts available:

    Tuesday - Saturday 2:00PM-10:00PM

     

    As a dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the Metro Mobility South Zone Contracted Services. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate our transportations services for individuals with disabilities, ensuring they receive safe and reliable transportation to their destinations. You will be the main point of contact for drivers by providing essential communication support and ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations. As a leader and main communicator with our frontline staff, it is important you embody our core values of “We Care”, “We Do The Right Thing”, “We Collaborate”, and “We Have Fun”.

    Responsibility Profile:

    + Effectively route client trips

    + A basic understanding of computing knowledge

    + Communicate with drivers to ensure their daily success

    + Speak with supervisors or customers to resolve problems

    + Manage critical incidents and service disruptions

    + Overall management of KPI including on board time, on time percentage, appointment times

    + Ensure routes are optimal for best performance
