    ROLE OVERVIEW

    We are looking for college students interested in a Production Internship at LoveShackFancy. The intern will have the opportunity to learn all facets of Production; sample management, fabric and trim approvals, project management with overseas factories. They will develop a general understanding of Production & Design Development functionalities, responsibilities, and foster cross-functional relationships.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Organizing production samples and bulk submits

    + Assembling/organizing materials for overseas factories

    + Opportunity to attend garment fittings

    + Communicating with overseas factories

    + Help arrange shipments to factories

    + Working closely with team to prepare for production with overseas factories

    + Assist in updating weekly WIP reports

    + Help follow up with incoming samples/packages

    + Liaison between factories, suppliers and production office

    + Able to work in our New York City office

    + This role is best suited for a production management, merchandising or design student who is interested in product development and/or production.

    + Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook

    Salary Description

    $16.50 hourly
