    As the EHS Manager you will lead our environmental, health, and safety initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring regulatory compliance, reducing risk, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement across a large site with 250+ employees.

    What You'll Do - Results:

    + Meet or exceed KPIs for safety, quality, efficiency, and service

    + Reduce workplace incidents and workers’ compensation claims

    + Achieving successful internal and external audit outcomes

    + Improve employee EHS training completion and comprehension rates

    + Reduce EHS-related costs through prevention and process improvements

    + Success in leading / supporting cultural transformations

    Experience and Skills:

    + Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of experience managing EHS issues

    + Proven ability to lead EHS programs in manufacturing and distribution environments

    + ​Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, DOT)​

    + Skilled in incident investigation and risk mitigation​

    + Effective communicator and trainer with employee engagement experience​

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS systems​

    + Familiar with ergonomics, industrial hygiene, and fire prevention​

    + Holds relevant certifications (e.g., CSP, CHMM, CIH, PE) and technical background in EHS or related fields ​

    Work Schedule & Travel:

    + Continuous Operations Plant - work flexibility is required

    + Some travel could be required for onboarding, training, ongoing operational excellence and other purposes. Travel will, for the most part, take place Monday – Friday.
