We are a growing team that values training and internal development. An Administrative and Sales Assistant at Integrity is unlike a traditional office admin!

     

    + Receive and process service requests from body shops

    + Create file and build ticket based on information from shop

    + Dispatch job requests to technicians

    + When job is complete audit final to verify additional information has appropriate documentation and photos

    + Process final bill by sending it to central review team

    Here are our non-negotiables:

    + Maintain a Monday – Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm

    + Working behind a computer for an extended period of time

    + Computer savvy

    + Ability to prioritize and complete tasks

    + Attention to detail / Quick learner / Positive can do attitude
