• Controller Financial Analyst

    **Adecco Staffing** is seeking an experienced **Controller / Financial Analyst** to support our client, a growing manufacturing company in Holladay, TN. This position combines hands-on accounting management with forward-looking financial analysis to strengthen operations and support strategic growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including A/P, A/R, general ledger, and month-end close.

    + Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.

    + Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.

    + Partner with cross-functional teams to improve cost control, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency.

    + Evaluate and enhance ERP/accounting systems (Odoo experience a plus).

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

    + 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, controllership, or financial analysis (manufacturing or distribution preferred).

    + Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.

    + Proven ability to build structure, streamline processes, and work independently.

    **Pay Details:** $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
