**Adecco** **Permanent Recruitmen** t is hiring **Machine Operators** one of the world’s largest zipper manufacturers located in Oxford, NC! This is a **Direct Hire** role.
If you’re looking for **great pay** and a **4-day workweek** this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
+ Operate automatic or manual production machines.
+ Set up, calibrate, and clean machines for production runs.
+ Monitor and adjust machine settings (speed, alignment, etc.).
+ Record production data and maintain quality standards.
+ Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Requirements:
+ Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (training provided).
+ Ability to stand, move, and lift materials for 10-hour shifts.
+ Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

**Pay Details:** $37,440.00 to $39,520.00 per year
