    Position Details

    + **Location:** San Francisco, CA (Onsite required)

    + **Pay:** $35.00 per hour

    + **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    Job Summary

    The **Programs Coordinator** plays a key role in creating “surprise and delight” moments for elite customers. This role requires creativity, organization, and strong collaboration to design and execute hospitality experiences that exceed expectations. The ideal candidate is an innovative problem-solver with a passion for customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

    Responsibilities for the Programs Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

    + Plan and execute hospitality experiences for clients, from pre-trip preparation through post-trip follow-up.

    + Anticipate customer needs by analyzing client data and trip information.

    + Collaborate with contracted fleet operators to ensure flawless delivery of hospitality experiences.

    + Think creatively to design unique, memorable, and personalized client experiences.

    + Balance budgets while advocating for exceptions when opportunities arise to go above and beyond.

    + Monitor rider trips, reservations, and special occasions to identify opportunities for engagement.

    + Track and analyze customer feedback, rider reactions, and performance metrics to evaluate program success.

    + Document success stories, challenges, and insights to support continuous program improvement.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + **Education:** Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required).

    + **Experience:** 2–4 years of professional experience, ideally in hospitality, luxury services, or customer experience roles.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Innovative thinker with a proven ability to exceed customer expectations.

    + Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    **Pay Details:** $35.00 per hour
