    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Planner to join our team. The role involves engaging in urban design, site planning, feasibility studies, and programming. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can contribute to impactful projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide technical assistance and research in planning, zoning, and environmental matters.

    + Attend planning commission, design review board, and other agency meetings to support projects.

    + Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project execution and coordination.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD.

    + Strong project coordination and administration skills.

    + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

    + Familiarity with Revit, architectural design, and construction documentation.

    + Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
