    Electrical Designer

    Job Description

    The Electrical Designer will be responsible for creating designs using AutoCAD for various commercial and retail projects. The role involves developing initial design concepts for lighting equipment and electrical components within building interiors. Completed drafts will be submitted to a Professional Engineer (PE) for review and approval.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop design concepts for lighting and electrical components using AutoCAD.

    + Collaborate with project teams to understand the project overview and requirements.

    + Submit design drafts to the Professional Engineer for review and approval.

    + Incorporate feedback from the Professional Engineer to finalize designs.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical design.

    + Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles.

    + Experience in drafting and construction processes.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience with Revit is a plus.

    + Strong experience in electrical design is necessary.

    Work Environment

    The position is fully onsite with minimal travel (2%-5%) to job sites out of state, which will be company-issued. There are opportunities for growth and the chance to work in the Valley, Landsdale, or Philadelphia.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Allentown, Pennsylvania.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
