Job Title: Health Services Coordinator (Regulatory)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Regulatory Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for graduates with a degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field who are passionate about clinical research and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist in the preparation, submission, and tracking of regulatory documents for clinical trials.
+ Maintain accurate and organized regulatory files in accordance with company SOPs and applicable regulations.
+ Communicate with internal teams, sponsors, and regulatory agencies to ensure timely approvals and updates.
+ Support the development and maintenance of study-specific regulatory binders and documentation.
+ Monitor regulatory timelines and ensure compliance with IRB and sponsor requirements.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related field.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ Prior internship or exposure to clinical research or regulatory affairs is a plus, but not required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
