Job Title: 3D Product Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a SR. 3D Product Manager to lead our strategy and roadmap for 3D products, engaging with a diverse and vocal community to achieve our business objectives. Our mission is to empower software developers to create digital twin experiences through an open platform for the built and natural environment. By collaborating with renowned partners such as Google, Epic Games, Unity, NVIDIA, Esri, and others, our work spans a broad spectrum from major construction companies to innovative projects with the US government and FOX Sports. Our open-source initiatives have reached millions globally, and we are uniquely positioned in the 3D geospatial ecosystem.
Responsibilities
+ Manage the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for 3D products in alignment with the overall vision and business objectives.
+ Coordinate product strategy, integrations, development, and business relationships at the intersection of technology, people, and business.
+ Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and launch market-leading 3D geospatial products, providing comprehensive specifications and feedback on in-development versions.
+ Organize and analyze market trends through research, customer feedback, and broad market input to enhance 3D products and improve developer experience.
+ Facilitate alignment among diverse inputs to make strong, community-beneficial decisions.
+ Maintain and prioritize an active backlog, ensuring features are specified and developed in a timely manner to maximize impact.
+ Coordinate with first- and third-party customers to create joint opportunities that expand the ecosystem and business.
Essential Skills
+ 8+ years of product management or 3D development experience, preferably in highly technical software projects related to 3D, computer graphics, or game technology.
+ Experience in collaborating with and delivering software for developers, with prior software development experience being a plus.
+ Ability to merge product strategy with customer feedback and market insights into an executable product plan.
+ Strong analytical skills in user data, business intelligence, and product usage analytics to derive actionable insights.
+ Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both executive leadership and engineering teams.
+ Technical education, such as a degree in computer science, or equivalent proven work experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Proven organizational and leadership skills.
+ Ability to travel occasionally and manage time zones as part of a global team.
+ Experience in market analysis, project management, and design is beneficial.
Work Environment
This role offers a hybrid work model with two days a week onsite, with the option to work fully remote. The position involves working at a computer, either sitting or standing, and requires occasional travel as part of a global team.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
The total comp for both roles is between $160,000 - $180,000. Total comp at Bentley includes Base + OTI (on-target incentive). This role is at a split of 85/15. 85% base salary & !5% OTI. OTI is paid in quarterly payments and is based on individual performance.
